We do not accept refunds for change of mind, however, if for some reason your item is damaged while in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. All products are quality checked prior to dispatch, and while we always endeavour to deliver a perfect item, what happens when the goods are dispatched is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send a replacement of the same product.
If you intend to seek a replacement or exchange of the damaged product, please email us at info@allstarbattery.com.au to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number, reason for the return, and provide supporting photos of the damage.
Returns will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. In the event that a refund (excluding the initial delivery charge) is given, it will be made against the original debit/credit card used.
Please note the shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
